I felt like I was Rachel's only client, even though I knew I wasn't. You can tell she puts an incredible effort into each and every client. Rachel was incredibly attentive, responsive, passionate and a joy to work with!

Jolane helped me find my second home. She was always so quick to respond and knew the areas I was looking in very well. When I found the house I wanted I told Jolane I had to get it and she did her magic to make it happen in a very seller friendly market. She was great to work with and I will use her again in the future.

I could not be happier with my whole experience with Rachel as our realtor!! She was always so quick to respond to all my questions no matter which way I reached out to her (email, Facebook, text, and phone calls). Buying land was a whole new experience for us and she dove right into it with me contacting the local zoning code enforcement in a county we both were not familiar with to answer all our questions. JoLane is the one you're looking for. My husband and I worked with her for our first time home buying process and she was incredibly helpful the whole way. She suggested a house for us to look at that we otherwise wouldn't have considered and that was the one we ended up loving and buying. She educated us on the process and the steps we needed to take to get everything done the right way. We bought a house during a period of our lives where all of our friends were also buying. Again and again we told them stories of how Todd (Our agent) would be with us for every viewing, meticulously inspecting every detail, and offering professional commentary whenever desired. Todd helped us by never imposing, but always helping guide us to making offers confidently. We had to make multiple offers and saw dozens and dozens of houses but Todd had the same grounding, calming energy and professionalism every single time. Some people, especially young adults buying their first home, feel most comfortable bringing a parent or someone to have their back and help steer them through the perilous unknown.
