Working with Brett and his team was an absolute privilege. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. Brett put up with all of our indecision and went to all the showings we wanted to. He expertly informed us all the pros/cons to each of the houses and I never really felt any pressure from him to buy a house. Overall it was an excellent experience, albeit a long one thanks to COVID and the market, butbwe couldn't think of anyone else we would have rather worked with! Thanks Buskard Group!

Working with Brett was amazing! he navigated us through a lot of surprises that we were not expecting while closing. Working with him during the house hunt he was fantastic, we are first time home owners so didn’t always know what to look for that was good and bad signs Brett was willing to help point those out he was so much fun and kept the energy light and was always quick to respond 10/10 would recommend working with him! Todd is a great listener and good at discovering what you like and don't like about homes. He will keep looking to find a home that you will be happy with. He is dedicated, even while in the hospital with COVID he made sure we were taken care of! I certainly didn't expect that. He is an advocate, even when we thought a seller wouldn't budge he kept at it until we were satisfied with the deal. Todd is knowledgeable, he knows what to look out for. He taught me a lot when there were items I had never dealt with (decks, well water, sump pumps, even hanging drapes, etc..)

Brett was fantastic. I bought from him and recommend my close friend who also bought from him. Brett is very pleasant to work with; no pressure, no bs, super knowledgeable (we missed so many things and than God for Brett), extremely responsive and just overall genuine and caring. 5 Starts isn't enough for this guy.
