From our first meeting to after the sale of the house JoLane was there to answer questions, offer insight and support! JoLane was right on point with the things we needed to accomplish to sell our house. We first reached out in 2019. I was not quite ready to sell, I just needed to get a better understanding of how to prep. She stopped by and did a walk through. She both respected my wishes to wait awhile to sell but continued to touch base with informational check ins. Then Covid hit and that delayed my process. I was totally impressed with how JoLane approached the pandemic. She was methodical, kept a focus on being positive but also practical and safe. We decided in January of 2021 to aim for putting the house on the market in March 2021. We did much of the house prep work ourself but JoLane had really good connections with people that could help the things we could not get done ourselves. JoLane is down to earth, easy going and comfortable in her skin. She is friendly, helpful and is good at giving that gentle nudge so that we got the things done that would cause our home to sell! I could not be happier with my whole experience with Rachel as our realtor!! She was always so quick to respond to all my questions no matter which way I reached out to her (email, Facebook, text, and phone calls). Buying land was a whole new experience for us and she dove right into it with me contacting the local zoning code enforcement in a county we both were not familiar with to answer all our questions. JoLane helped my husband and I purchase our very first home with the VA home loan recently. She was the best at helping us know how to place a competitive offer on our house in this market and our second offer was accepted! We were purchasing from out of state so we weren't able to tour the homes in person, but JoLane was very responsive and accommodating. She used Zoom to walk us through the homes and pointed out all the good and bad things she saw in each house, giving her honest opinion. We worked with both Todd and Juanita for buying and selling our home about 3 years ago . They were wonderful to work with ! Todd even drove all around with us looking at different homes .
