Our experience with Juanita of the The Buskard group was just wonderful. Juanita is very accommodating, informative and knowledgeable. Their groups goal is to find the most potential buyers and show the home in its best light. They price accurately and allow the market to drive up the price if possible. Any questions we had were addressed quickly and fully. We felt like part of their team while going through the process of settling an estate. We received so many good offers, we were overwhelmed. After accepting an offer, we were walked through the closing process easily and comfortably.
