I can't say enough about how great the experience was, working with Juanita and her team. She came in, presented a thorough, professional plan to market our home, and executed the sale in every facet. We even had a very unique circumstance with a fraudulent buyer, and Juanita was not only able to help us move on quickly to another, legitimate buyer, but she protected all interested parties from a bad situation. Through it all, she was professional, responsive, and when needed, a wonderfully calming influence. Selling our home with Juanita has been a wonderful experience.

If I could add more stars, I would. We started our sell/buy journey with a different agent whom we'd worked with previously. After a short time, we felt making a change was needed and reached out to Juanita. She came into our home and laid out her plan for marketing the property and was very detailed in how this would work. We were very impressed and signed on.

Knowing our price point was a little slower than the average, we knew it would take some time, but we weren't prepared for a buyer to come in with ill intent, to which Juanita and Buskard Group Realty were well equipped to keep us and our home protected. While this is not something people typically shop for when choosing who to work with, we are very grateful for their knowledge and expertise in keeping us, and all those around the activity, safe.

Without missing a beat, we were back on the market, and have now closed on both our sale and purchase of a new to us home. While Juanita was our sellers agent, her husband Todd was our buyers agent. He, too, was absolutely wonderful to work with. We really appreciated the depth of knowledge he shared as we walked through home after home after home. While we bought a home that will need some remodeling, we had every confidence in making an offer based in large part to his knowledge of homes and all the 'things' about them. We couldn't have had a better experience through our unique journey!

If my numbers in my mind are correct, I think I bought 3 houses and sold 2 with Juanita. Always smooth and efficient
