We really appreciated how personable Tod was, he truly took the time to get to know us and was very genuine and it showed when it came to finding us the perfect house. We also really enjoyed his sense of humor it made the whole process seem more easy going and relaxed.

I cannot recommend the Buskard Group highly enough. Being a first-time buyer in a somewhat transitioning market is hard enough. Complicate that with being overseas during the process and that is a lot for a realtor to handle. From the first email to the consistent follow-ups post closing Todd Buskard has surpassed my wildest expectations of what a realtor can do. Video walk-throughs of properties, assistance with the inspection process, closing, and a myriad of other personal touches have left me and my family forever in their debt. Todd and Juanita where amazing we could get a hold of them any time. They always went above and beyond. If they didn’t pick up the phone they would always respond to a text or message very quickly.

I also loved that they would give honest and unbiased opinions on homes we where looking at or on ideas we had during our new home build. This saved us a ton of headaches through the processes and down the road . They where extremely knowledgeable with what’s good bad or what would work or would wouldn’t work during the build process and while buying a home.
