Todd is a great listener and good at discovering what you like and don't like about homes. He will keep looking to find a home that you will be happy with.
He is dedicated, even while in the hospital with COVID he made sure we were taken care of! I certainly didn't expect that.
He is an advocate, even when we thought a seller wouldn't budge he kept negotiating and communicating it until we were satisfied with the deal.
Todd is knowledgeable, he knows what to look out for. He taught me a lot when there were items I had never dealt with (decks, well water, sump pumps, even hanging drapes, etc..)
